I see in the "strategies" part you said doting mroe targets increases you proc chance it actually doesn't the more targets you dot the lesser the chance u get a proc i reported it awhile ago but its prolly still bugged and doesn't decrease ur chance

There are no staff discord, staff read forum and skype. Reason of your unranking - you with your friends started offering other server admin to create fun server, with your support. all players are QA in some way, and if something is bugged and we notice we just report it on bug traker like we've done always, there is no need of QA team in my opinion
All players aren't QA.
Quality Assurance team is those, who tests bugs to be sure it's actually bugged and not something you ( Example - Warlock Rain bug ) stated wasn't a bug, even tho it was.
Then they test it again after the developers have made a change.
What pandawow did long time ago ( Not sure if it still happens ) They change a mechanic and immediately apply it to public. Now the change mechanic and let QA test it etc etc.

Database affects the server connectivity throughout the local and public "ports" ..
Reducing database storages increases speed connectivity.

the QA team was a bad idea, why just can't developers (like deathmouse or any other dev) play the game to see what is bugged and what isn't?
just play each class a litle bit for a while and you will notice the main bugs by comparing with retail videos and database formulas
