Apparently my account chat is muted for I don't know how long and it is interfering with my log-in as I can't log-in to my account... Doesn't say I'm banned though,am I supposed to be not being able to log in or what? Pandawow fun

Hey ho community, just got my hands on a warglaive from illidan, and seeing the server does allow legendary tmogging via cheat engine, I decided to mog it to my dagger, everything went well, managed to tmog it fine, but however after I put the tmogged item in my bag and relog to save it, I get a crash, and after I klog in my tmogged dagger goes to normal state,how do I set my legendary permanently on my dagger?
