Are you stupid ? There is no bug there Global cooldowns aren't supposed to start as soon as you cast the spell, Should start when the spell is 100% casted. Think about that : How are you supposed to fakecast if you start casting and have 1s global cooldown instantly as soon as you start casting? It's the same with every cc's, polymoprh, cyclone etc. Your global cooldown doesn't start when you start casting a spell wtf? gcd never started before you finish casting ring on retail
