Not sure where to post this on the forum, but i recently got my account hacked, and the permissions were restored to me, but more than 6 of my characters are gone, along with all of my bonuses. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to restore atleast my characters, as i had alot of time and effort put into them. Let me know, thanks!

Well, now there's literally no reason for me to want the account other than it is mine. The account is completely empty at the moment, but i plan to pay to fix my account once i know it is secure.

No,i was banned myself. It was solved, though. It's been hacked for about 3 weeks. And yes, only the 173 ip is mine. What proof can I provide other than I've owned this account for over a year? All of those other ips are the hacker on vpns, which he used to fuck with my account.

For one, nemi, yes there is plenty of proof that it is mine. Two, it does not matter if I "broke the rules" by insulting staff/family members. That was already solved, and it was not my fault, the person who banned me was fired. Third, I just fucking told you why there's several ips on my account. I'll be waiting for my account to be fixed, i'm currently getting ddosed because of this, because they can see my ip when I log in. I will press matters further if you refuse to solve my problem, like you claimed you would. Thanks.

I've stated several times, I have never shared my account. The hacker is sharing it with people, and he's using vpns to log in and mess with it (Vpn gives you a temporary ip) in other words, it's one person with many ips. I will NEVER share my account. This should have been solved two weeks ago, idk why it's taking so long for them to fix it.

Another one of my characters was sold, Sketchers. Please, do something about this. It's been a while. They are currently deleting all of my characters and spending my points. 169.54.87.88 is the ip that is currently on.

Annnd my main warrior, Catchy, that I had the most work put into has been sold, and all of my other chars were on the store.... Please, can you do something fast? I told you this was going to happen, and it's been a weeks since you said you'd look into it. I'm just losing more characters the longer this takes. Please, hurry. Someone is currently on my account, and they spent all of my points. This is the ip that they are currently on. 71.229.***.*** They spent the 800 points I had on the account, so you can look at purchase history or w/e. Idk. been waiting for a while, would appreciate some kind of help.

I supposed I was legitimately hacked, and I have been asking for help, via threads, for about a week now. I'd appreciate some help.
