why should i delete my own characters, someone entered my account and delete them all,+ im the original owner of the account .. is that a staff or what ?

well, i dont have the time to collect bonus points everyday + staff can help me

Hello Everyone ! .. today i wanted to log in my wow account and suddenly i found my characters deleted and not found i found myself in ''Create New character'' MENU ! i dont know how and i dont know whats happened ! but i think my account get hacked, help me to get back my characters please !! Character 1 : Human Monk level 90 Named(LoveBananas) Character 2 : Worgen DK level 90 Named(Horde Sucks :beee: ) i hope u help me to get back my characters as soon as u can :D !! i have too other low level character Tauren horde and blood-elf paladin but i dont care about them,they are low level. i just want my monk and DK back ! :')
