I have come to this forum, for the same problem that presents the user who started it. And so I followed the suggestions that give us as an answer without having a positive result. Call the internet operator and tried to solve the problem by opening all the router services, continuing with the verification to the help they gave me I realized that it was not useful either, they suggested to me possibly that the server was blocking me however I do not know To do so I still do not solve the problem and come here to give me a solution.
