Killing the 10 Scourge is no problem, but when it comes to Patchwerk i cannot for the life of me kill him. I tried blood spec and everything but he kills me way to fast. Any help getting around it or killing him? I was wondering if i could get to a city then come back when im level 90 and kill him but i cannot get to a city.
