Email was same password then the account, but he didnt change the password from the email. And, do i get a answer from a gm soon or something, i wanna play again.

hello, i tryd to log in in my account "kinghanter1" and saw, my password is wrong, someone changed it... So i got it back with my email, and think i can play, but then i just saw my 2 geared chars, that i bought are gone, and my bonuses that i had to, The char names was Saiyjo and Sengal, i got screenshots where i play this chars, The question is now, is there any way to get my chars back, i payd for it, and would rly enjoy to play again on pandawow greetings kinghanter1 - - - Updated - - - i saw its wrong forum, sorry
