is anyone getting the same thing as me?

i log in to the game and it pops up like always connecting. connected. then it goes to authenticating.. it sits there for like 2 minutes then it says disconnected for server. i have logged in many times. reset router. restarted computer. deleted error. basically deleted everything. nothing works. please help mee :D thank you
