Realm - Pandawow Fun Tested - 30.08.2015 Spell - Lightning Shield Description - Lightning Shield is currently not having an Internal Cooldown which means EVERY time you hit a shaman you take 10-25k damage which means rogues, warriors, ferals, hunters can 1 shot themselves by attacking i.e: and elemental shaman. How it should work - Lightning Should should proc once every 3 seconds. Priority - 10/10!!
