I try to change my password and e-mail but the mail dont come to my e-mail And I tried to change to a gmail and doesnt work too Sorry for my english, I only speak spanish and i know little english language

I have a problem, try to change the password is supposed to get me an e -mail to the mail but never appears We didn't get any email from server for change password.And i check the Spam Folder. Thanks
