A month passed, still no help from you. Well I guess ya get no more donations from me. That's very weird how it takes you 5 minutes to take our money, while ya can't even help us within a month. Sounds like double standards , right ?

Just transferred my twink Moonffrost to my new and safe account, still waiting for the stolen character, guess this server will never receive my donations any more .

When should I expect any progress regarding the given case ?

Guys, its already 4 days since my account was hacked. If you just dont care and dont want to solve my problem, just say it and it will be OK. The only thing that freaks me out is that I actually wait for your response if you just want to ignore the problem, that's OK just fu***** state it. It takes like 5 minutes on this server to proceed with a donation while getting the help from the GM takes days, you really think it is okay ? How the hell that's the right attitude towards the players ?

my character is stolen now for 3 days, any chance to get some actual help... ?

Shall there be a chance to return my character and bonuses, would it be possible to transfer them to new, safe account in order to mitigate the possibility of further security breach ? Hi, the situation is following, last night had my main character stolen together with the 250 bonus points I had on the account. I did not share my log in details or passwords with anybody. I do use the same IP address through out my entire game play (the IP address was the same as the one I used while creating the account). I supported the server through out my donations and ask to return my character back on my account. The information regarding the account and character: account name: slawa92 character stolen : Тайраз(x100) bonus points stolen : 250 IP: 94.175.82.222 e-mail address: slawa92@inbox.lv I ask the administration to check my enquiry and demand to return my character and bonus points back to me! P.S : I did not share account details with anybody and it is quite clear that the account was hacked.
