8.Evidence: screenshots of the stolen character(s), common data that you think could help us (date of purchase items, characters, any services from CP etc.) - , had 175 bonuses left and when i logged in the next day i couldnt login. i didnt link my mobile numher.Then after a day while I was buying a character and when I tried to log in my password was changed

Those 2 accounts share the same IP. the first one would be with 3 diff IPs
10.A detailed description of the problem - i was unable to login my account then checked website. i sent password reset email to mail and i didnt get it.
