I don't exactly know how to edit it as a proper bug report and it's not easy to find. Can someone just tell me?

I was in a BG as a Marksman Hunter, I have full Grievious+, and I couldn't get an aimed shot crit above 30k, I would like to know why or if it could be fixed or something.
