I know you didn't, i just wanted to make sure we didn't have any misunderstandings, and i understand you have your limitations, i just used you as an example to get my word out, kind of. You too.

Weegee, I understand and i don't blame you or anything like that, i just think this serve lack of Staff, like, it would be really awesome to be able to get a in-game live chat from a GM in less than an hour when you submitted a ticket and same for the forums, and i'm not entirely sure when you left and got back and so on but except of the great work that Nemifest has done, extra help wouldn't hurt, in fact, it could probably just make it better. And like Deathskin said, more chat mods would also be nice.

Still, 1 person isn't enough as a support on the forums for a server with a playerbase of 6000 players. I'm not saying that there's 6000 users on forums spamming threads, but the server do have 6000 players, and 1 support on the forums for a specific section doesn't seem to be enough, and to be honest, it doesn't seem professional either now when you read it to yourself. This server could also use an extra Game Master, because i've noticed that there have been several cases where players have waited 10-20 days before they got their email changed and such. This server is currently #1 MoP server, if the Admins want it to stay that way, they kinda need to get their shit together, excuse my choice of words. This servers players deserve better since there's actually alot of people donating to PandaWoW, they shouldn't have to wait 15+ days to get their email changed, and as far as i know, the only payment Staff Members are getting is in bonuses, so it's not like PandaWoW can't afford to hire more Staff Members. Sorry for the long comment.

I've noticed that currently this server isn't looking for more staff, but still there's only 1 Staff Member that actually do any work here...for example, the only Staff that does any work is Nemifest, as you can see on https://gyazo.com/c7aa4689ac9683fc8ad5224c4c974172 & https://gyazo.com/b2ef5ddf4ff4df158fad615b637543f0 Nemifest is the only one doing any work, and i believe there should be another Named Weegee? With only Nemifest doing any work that makes the work harder for him and players Support here worse, which isn't good for the server. Maybe you should start looking for new/more Staff Members? If you really want the best for this server, you should really concider it. Cheers
