Hello, this is the first quest from the chain for The Lorewalkers reputation, i need an bookshelf but the quest item dont exist. Waiting for it around 12h but is not respawned, so someone can help me about this bug?

I have and some problems with reputation with "Operation: Sheildwall"
Please if u can change the position of the quest givers and Operation: Shieldwall Quartermaster. All problems are in Fun realm.
