turns out the problem was the glyph for surging mist.. it's supposed to heal the person with the lowest hp within 40 yards.. bugged glyph , that's it .. Problem solved! :D

while chanelling soothing mist , surging mist is supposed to be an instant cast.. it used to be with me, but since a week ago whenever i cast surging mist, it : 1. Doesn't heal me or party/raid members at all. 2. When i channel soothing mist and i use surging mist, the whole soothing mist chanelling is stopped and my monk starts doing the 1.37 casting time for surging mist. i've tried repairing my character's talents and other errors... It's been like this after i spammed the surging mist button in an arena match.. after the arena my surging mist started acting this way. Anybody know how to deal with this problem? i haven't been on my mw since :(
