i forgot to say that this is on the x100 realm

days ago i send all the gold in my char. (akkainu) to another char, in the same acc, (rasper). with the second char i get the mail with the gold but when i clicked "return" that mail never gets to the first char and i lose too much gold. plis help! When i say mail i mean the mailbox of the game not my personañ e-mail
