Well, no one knows my account information at all, the point is that i stopped playing for a few months and when i log back again there was only the normal characters - - - Updated - - - What you can tell me about this? [ATTACH=CONFIG]123551[/ATTACH]

So as you see in the title i've lost my characters, well i don't know really what is the reason ?! I had 2 heroes bought from website with bonuses and rest made by me, i've been playing well for 1-2 months aswell and then i quit playing WoW at all. After about 6 months i've logged in again and i discovered that this heroes bought from website with bonuses are deleted and only the heroes i've made aren't deleted. if any staff member can help me would be great :)

Exactly i dont remember maybe it was in 2015-01 or 02(month) or maybe 2014 December

They have been deleted like when i was 1 month inactive. I just log in to see whats going on 1 month after i stop playing.

In 2015 i've donated about 40 Euros (not pretty sure 40 or 30) played like 2 weeks then had to stop because had problems with school now when im back i checked my account and i see all my chars are deleted just the one i made (Deleted are the one i bought) And i dont think someone deleted them by knowing my Account Info because i checked *Deleted Characters* and there is nothing.. If anyone can help me would be great #Thanks in advance
