Had same problem a while back, used command .st (telepots you to starting zone of your race) and placed Heartstone back to Shrine.

Where is your Report about horde doing the same? -- Since they don't reset (Bosses), when you move out of court they keep following you until you die or drop combat....

What I did was - earned 3000/3000 Valor Points (Total maximum) and then upgraded 1 item (before upgrading I repaired char & took quest again). Always worked for me like this.

Nyxel, don't get me wrong but you sound like one of their raid members who support this bug abuse. It is just unfair that they get free gear and some of us spend alot of time gearing up our chars.
