havent got any help yet and i wanna start to play on my account :( one admin told me to write this but my account its not hacked its just locked cant change password! 1: Account name: Theking321 no it havent been stolen is just the reset password that dosent work correctly. 2: Fun server 3: No chars are stolen but this is some of my chars names: Pewpewdudee, pewpewdude, pewpewstunx, Glhealer, Monkenz, Spamicexx, 4: The email to the account is my email and have always been jeppec99@gmail.com 5: I dont understand this question to 100% but if you mean the time that i lost the password to my account and i couldnt logg in was that in 9april that was the first try of getting back my password that i can see on my email. 6: i dont wanna send out my ip here i dont wanna be ddosed 24/7 but senda private message to me and i will give my ip for sure! 7: Saltdaddy and funk if you tell him that Glhealer is my chars because he learned me how to play dk 8: No of my chars are stolen is just my account that is locked in someway that i cant get a new password on my email. 9 I have another account called theking312 but i have like 0 chars there. i made it to see if i coulnd contact any admins from the website. 10 Okey the problem is i wanted to change my password. and at that point nothing happend but it said i couldnt logg in because the password was wrong but i could still logg in to the game but not on the website and i was like okey fuck this. i will just fix this later and then the 9april i wanted to vote again so i could maybe buy some transmog boots to my dk Glhealer but then i couldnt logg in and then i wanted to reset password and then the wow also changed password so now i cant logg in to wow or the website anymore. thats why i am here to show you that this is my account no other players account and no one have stolen my chars or something its just the password. that is bugged cus i get the emails all the time but it says "secuirty code dosent match" all the time. and i have tried to reset password like 5-10 times! cheers hope you understand my problem! /theking

And yesterday i wanted to vote so i could buy some last transmogs items to my death knight: Glhealer and i couldnt logg in with the exactly same username and passsword as pandaWoW, so i tried to "forget password" and wrote in Username and i got the email but when i press the link at my email it says :Security code does not match: all the time and i have tried to fix my password for last 22hours. I asked some moderator at the website and he said you have to proof that is email i can understand that. The accounts Ip address and the email address has always been the same. I dont know how i gonna proof it exactly can my mom proof it in some way? maybe send a picture on my Id card? i think everyone can read this i dont really want to give ut my account information or my email address? cus everyone can read this on the website i think so? but can a admin contact me and we can talk more? if you have any qustion or tell me exactly what you wanna know?
