Hi, I donated and spent 800 bonuses on CM set for my mage, but when i logged in to the mage i opened the bag which contains the cm set, and i was unable to loot them from the box, so i thought; lets re-open it, and when i closed it, it dissapeared. Made me ragequit, and uninstall. This morning i though, hey! let's try fix it somehow, wrote an ingame ticket where there was an GM who said it was able to fix this issue if i found this tech issues site on forums. So pls help me, Mucho appreciated :)
