I try it but it isn't help

I have problem with my warlock Erossia. Yesterday I start do chain quest for green fire. When I try to complete quest "Reader for the Dead Tongue "i go to Warlock trainer in my capital city ( I am blood elf) and I can't end this quest. I decide abandon quest and try do it one more time, I buy item to start the chain and I can't use it because "You already on the quest" pls help me
