What is that and why should it help?

Ok, so hi. I am new on the forums. So i downloaded and installed 5.4.8 pandawow. Logged in and my client was russian, was able to log in at that part. Then I found a topic about how to make it english, so I followed it, and its now english, but not able to log in. It says i have to make a battle.net account to log in. Help pls. - Jay.
