Hi, I haven't signed in the game for a couple of days, max 4-5 days and when I got back and wanted to vote for the server as usual, I saw 75-85% of my bonus points are missing, for no reason. I haven't bought anything from the website, no mounts, no items, nothing. I would like to view the history of all my transactions for the last 10-20 days of my bonus points. This is the second time I have a such problem and never complained for my first lost, but if there is a bug or policy confiscation of vote points for no reason I would like to know, because I have been loyal user for the last 2-3 years in this server. Last IP and statistics are the same, no changes. I hope you will take care professionally of my problem (as you always do) and fix it, so no more people suffer from this kind of weird bugs. Regards.
