Hi guys, recently i bought the Legendary cloak for 3500 conquest points, and in duels its really epic and a menace to other players, but i saw that the effect or rather the stats of cloak decrease in Bgs, i managed to level it up to 4/4 and in world pvp (duels) it has about 1000 per stat, but in bgs around 560 each is this a bug or i am just being silly thanks in advance

I completed a couple of those quests, but the current one is driving me crazy, i saw all cutscenes, i tried almost everything possible, i did this quest a couple of times, but i still cannot turn it in.
