Ah I forgot u may not have the talent. I forgot the name of the talent, but there's one I use that makes that when you use penance the debuff of the shield disappears and you can insta shield again

Well as I told you I get half of the absorb I did before like it should be. Did you try to repare your char or just try to use penance except flash heal?

May I ask you, why you use Flash heal everytime before you use shield? Maybe it bugs it because I'm playing discipline as main and when I get dmg and I'm in combat I get half of the absorb I did before. Sometimes I crit too but normally I get half of it. (Without counting only dot dmg. Cuz if I get only dot dmg without the player attacking me directly I get also the same absorb you get in the video)
