Hello, and sorry for my bad english. In april/may of 2015 i put my monk on character sell, but the time has passed and she has gone from the character store, and I didn't recieve any bonus, and I lost the character. I have checked the deleted character list, and she isn't in there. Hello guys, sorry for my bad english. So, i put my monk (character name: Zailee) on character sell and she disappeared from the store, and I received no bonus. And i can't restaure she. Hope someone could help me. A lot of hugs
