That's because it radiates wrong. When the Paladin heals itself with Holy Prism it radiates to 5 random closest targets. The problem is that when the paladin uses Holy Prism to heal an ally the damage effect radiates still from the Paladin when it should radiate from the healed ally player/target. Let's wait for a fix/decision.

How it must work: The effects that remove roots or moving impairing effects can be used during Nitro Boosts but the speed effect should not stack. Burst of Speed: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Burst_of_Speed MoP Patch 5.4.8 (2014-05-20): Burst of Speed can now be activated to remove movement-slowing effects even if another movement speed bonus such as [sprint] is already present (the speed bonuses will still not stack). I think the same mechanics applies to Hunter's Posthaste effect. Your initial topic about Battle Fatigue has no proof. You're either outplayed in Arenas or you Rage too much to be objective with details and to really pay attention at the game. If the DoT damage is updated to PvP trinket proc and downgraded to its initial power when the trinket weares off it means that it works the same for shields. In World, Duels and Random BattleGrounds Battle Fatigue should not be permanent as you see in the videos I've posted in my topic. That's a Blizzard fact! Rated Arenas and BattleGrounds, that's a different story. Shields absorb should be updated and affected by Battle Fatigue when one is being hit in PvP.

They ''are'' because you do enumerate multiple spells/items. And the spells I've linked ''aren't'' comparable, that's for sure. I replied to inform Repitchx. What's with that attitude you've got? There are spells which hit stealth and spells that won't. I'm posting Blizzard's Patch Notes and Fixes nothing more and nothing personal.

1. Name of not working spell: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=134732/battle-fatigue, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=134735/pvp-rules-enabled Buff PvP Rules Enabled Reduces healing received from critical heals by 0%. 20 seconds remaining Spell Details Duration 20 seconds School Physical Mechanic n/a Dispel type n/a GCD category n/a Cost None Range 0 yards (Self) Cast time Instant Cooldown n/a GCD 0 seconds 2. Description of the problem: Battle Fatigue is a permanent zone debuff in Random BattleGrounds. 3. How it must work: Battle Fatigue should last 20 seconds from the last hit. Battle Fatigue is not permanent in World, Duels and Random BattleGrounds. It is a 20 seconds debuff. I think it should be permanent in RATED BG/Arenas, but the videos I've found also show a 20 seconds duration for the debuff. If we talk about Alterac Valley Bg, the extra heal from PvP Power healing bonus is helpful in fighting the Boss, therefore Battle Fatigue is not permanent. Blizzard: Battle Fatigue 20 seconds debuff in Random BattleGrounds. Paladin Flash of Light: Source Blizzard, MoP Patch 5.4.8: 1:54 Paladin Holy Prism: 4 different targets, some affected by Battle Fatigue some with the effect weared off. 4:14 Holy Prism heals for 20k with 40k Critical heal on targets affected by Battle Fatigue. That would be a different topic. Let's focus on the spell in this topic for now. There are spells that hit stealthed targets and spells that don't. Holy Prism hits stealthed targets because it radiates from the Paladin and it is a controlled spell same as Blinding Light. I'm not sure its 20 yards. I've tested on my paladin and it doesn't go that far. Spell tooltip says 15 yards. That is like the Warrior's Piercing Howl. http://wow.gamepedia.com/Holy_Prism Patches and hotfixes Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned. Now available only to Holy paladins. Hotfix (2012-11-27): "Holy Prism will now always heal the 5 closest allies with the lowest health." MoP Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added. Barrage hits stealthed enemies same as Mage's Frost Nova or Elemental's Freeze. Etc. Barrage was modified later in WoD Expansion. Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Survival hunters. Hotfix (2015-07-13): "Barrage should no longer incorrectly hit targets that are in stealth if the Hunter is unable to see them." WoD Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Now deals only 80% of normal damage against player-controlled targets. Additionally, the ability no longer hits invisible or stealthed targets. WoD Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Damage has been increased by 21%. Halo doesn't hit stealthed targets. http://wow.gamepedia.com/Halo ''MoP Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Will no longer hit enemies that are in Stealth.'' Halo has 30 yards radius.

I've noticed in the last period that Paladin's Judgment no longer triggers Blood Horror. Now it seems to be a problem with Hammer of Wrath. It should not trigger Blood Horror. Blizzard: Judgment and Hammer of Wrath do not trigger Blood Horror. 2:58

This is valid. Stamina buffs should not stack. And Stamina Buffs should not stack with Fortitude scrolls. http://wow.gamepedia.com/Runescroll_of_Fortitude ''Does not stack with other stamina scrolls, [Power Word: Fortitude], or [Dark Intent].''

That is a forum talk where people debate. I just linked Blizzard videos in my previous reply where Battle Fatigue acts the same in World/Bg/Arena(20 sec debuff). As i said Battle Fatigue works ok. What should be fixed, if i understand correct from your topic is to update the debuff on Heal/HoTs when one is being affected by Battle Fatigue in PvP. I recommend you to watch the videos if you should like to do so.

Battle Fatigue is not a permanent debuff aura. It is applied when one is being hit in PvP and lasts for 20 seconds from last hit. Blizzard never said Battle Fatigue is different in World or Bg. http://wow.gamepedia.com/Battle_Fatigue I am OK with the Battle Fatigue mechanics here. If they can make it blizzlike it would be great, but it's OK how it works for now. Battle Fatigue: debuff and not aura. lasts 20 seconds. Blizzard: 20 seconds debuff Battle Fatigue: Hunter Spirit bond and Chimera Shots heal: Blizzard: 20 seconds debuff Battle Fatigue: Paladin Retribution heal: What should be fixed is the buff/debuff/power update. Meaning that a HoT should be downgraded when one is being hit and affected by battle fatigue and not to persist of its initial cast and spell power. If you could edit your topic. 1. Name of not working spell: Cloak and Dagger/Shadow Dance 2. Description of the problem: Cloak and Dagger works with Shadow Dance and increases the range of Ambush, Cheap Shot and Garrote by 40 yards. 3. How it must work: Cloak and Dagger should not work with Shadow Dance. It should work only in stealth and for 3 seconds of Subterfuge. Shadow Dance should cancel the range from Cloak and Dagger. It is too powerful in PvP and the Rogue has 8 seconds of mobility/teleport 40 yards. 4. Date when you tested it: 16 OCT 2016. 5. Realm (x100/x5/Fun): x100, Fun 6. 1. Name of not working spell: Shuriken Toss 2. Description of the problem: Shuriken Toss applies both of the Rogue's Poisons on the target.
