Ok so what should I do I already restarted my computer, restarted my router, Redownload the launcher and still I got this update window on my screen not doing shit

So today I tried to log in and play the game like everyday and ofc I used the launcher but whenever I opened it it asked me to update cuz there is a new version well I pressed update and its just not moving its just stuck in "Downloading..." and doesnt even load, Honestly I have no idea what I need to do in this situation please help

Everytime I log off the game it just automatically resets my addons. I already went to interface properties and unchecked the read only tag but whenever I enter the game its automatically change it to check on the read only
