Hi my account was hacked i havent logged in since 04 and then there was a sign in from russia with ip that starts with 62 and my ip does not begin with that. Is there any way to restore them? I have screenshot ingame of an addon displaying my characters name that have the same item which proves i owned the toons before this mysterious sign in.

Yes iam - - - Updated - - - i did tho recently changed faction since then i haven't been able to log into any of my characters it loads ingame but then crashes
