Does the Druid have CM mog and full PvE?

I'm not sure what his moral may have been for doing it. I'm not 100% if it's a hack or not, hence the question mark. I just know that you should not be able to become literally microscopic on any circumstances.

Here is a screenshot of what it tells me everytime I log on the game. The one I have in my bags is the Main Hand.
