Hello, I would like to report a problem that I had and would like a refund of credits regarding the page I bought a set of objects for 200 credits, the name of the set is "Магматические латы" which in English means "Magma Plated Battlearmor". The thing is that when I enter the game, I find that they gave me the blue set (that set I had it for a long time ...) which I expected to be given the red as described by the product, I investigated in wowhead and such And I assumed that I would have to have the red set ... I hope you help me with this, I really feel quite frustrated and disappointed about it. And sorry for my writing in English, I'm Spanish.

Por favor, necesito ayuda respecto a un problema/disgusto, donde compré un conjunto de objetos en la página por 200 créditos, el conjunto se llama "Магматические латы" que en español, se supone que es "Armadura de batalla de placas de magma" bien, el problema es que el set que me enviaron al juego no era la versión roja, (la de magma obviamente como describía el producto) sino que me enviaron el set azul, osea, el normal (que ese set ya lo tenía hace tiempo...) La cosa es que quisiera que me devolvieran los créditos a cambio del set que acabo de comprar la verdad me siento bastante desilusionado y frustrado con esto.
