So the bug still remains , druid is able to do starfall damage while cc'd https://youtu.be/bYxA38_0LYw It should also remove starfall if the druid shifts out of moonkin form into another shapeshift , should not happen incase the druid shifts out of moonkin form and shifts back into it In the video presented : , patch being 5.4.7 , starting at 1:35 you can see the druid does damage with starfall through asphyxiate , which according to the tooltip should not happen , assuming this was a bug at the time. By scrolling down on this page : http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Starfall_(druid_ability) , nothing in the changelogs says it should do damage while cc'd. Also no prior changelog to it hitting people while cc'd so this thread even if outdated is still reliable and viable for this : http://www.arenajunkies.com/topic/144055-ways-to-counter-starfall/
