Well i have just accepted it the very first one and handed it in at the dragon serpent order. I am telling you it is just fucking bugged

hello I have a bug that it wont show me the second quest of the quest line for serpent riding. I think it because i was already exalted with the serpent order. Now i really wanne use my serpents but i cannot learn the riding spell Thanks Pieter
