I already have once, and it did not work, I have also tried repairing my character and that didn't work either. Edit: I can now also comfirm that this isn't a local problem on my character/account/computer, my friend also tried the same method as me and didn't get any items when he skinned.

Well, since I killed a Savannah Prowler (http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=3425/savannah-prowler#skinning), it should give me (with 40-60%) the following items: http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=2318/light-leather and http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=2934/ruined-leather-scraps. I have killed over 20 Savannah Prowlers but I haven't recieved any leather from any of them! 4. Tested on 2017-07-05 and 2017-07-04. 5. Priority of problem 10/10, since I cannot level up my leatherworking skill without buying the leather from AH.
