This is my response to my first rollex thread. "we can't do whatever we want. The punishment for hacking is 30 days and not permanent account ban." I'm not saying you should perma ban people for hacking, all im trying to get across is that for this one exception only because i have seen no one else do what this guy is doing. Banning him for 30 days is only a temporary solution, you will always have this problem (him). I know you have rules to follow and you can't break them when someone asks, but maybe the rules should be broken or altered for this one exception only. "all staff members and I constantly have an eye on him so he is getting banned immediately." He is outside orgimmar right now doing his thing. So on horde on fun server most people know who this guy is, he is a hacker boomy who 1 shots everyone that has pvp enabled and duels a rogue to reset cds even in mid of battle. We have beat him many times and he swears and rages at us because of it. proof: https://imgur.com/a/YzKMA My friend has banned him multiple times for hacking but he has come back after 30 days to repeat what he has already been doing. https://imgur.com/a/KiCsx The ss above shows him saying he as been banned like 93 times, which i dont think he has but he is just saying that he has been banned lots of times. Now what is the perpose of a ban? Since he broke the rules he has been punished and being banned is the consequence of his actions and that he shouldn't do it agian. SeemsGood However for him since he doesn't learn from his mistake and since he has many accounts, banning him on one wont solve the problem. He will just log on another account and continue hacking. So why don't you perma ban him? Just banning him wont stop him it will only slow him down. In the above ss he says he has been banned alot and do you think this is the best solution. Banning him? He broke the rules soo many times, why don't you perma ban him, i want a good reason. Is he feeding your pockets? Has he donated alot of money so you don't perma ban him? Do you need him for money? Because thats the only thing im thinking of why he hasn't been perma banned. He is no help to the community, he is just ruining the game espically for the horde players, those players that duel and have pvp on and just die...its not fair for them. money>community This is what i think when it comes to him only being banned for 30 days and the forums is a place for us users to express our concerns about the games and bring to light any problems with the game and so i am just a concerned user who just wants answers.

So as of 31-08-17 1:00am i was on my rogue doing a bg and evey time i used my shadow dance or shadow blades macro i would always find myself out of stealth when i use it. Which i thought was strange beacuse i never had this problem before (I was on my alt rogue). So i dueled my friend to test it out and it was true, when i used my macros i would get out of stealth instantly and also to add i was using the subterfuge talent choice so my stealth wouldnt break for another 3 seconds but my macros would just bybass this as if i wasnt using this talent. So i decided to test this on my main rogue and the same result occured. I tried all the repairs on the website but nothing would fix it and my friend told me to try and use the abilities without my macros and so i did and they worked fine, i didnt come out of stealth when i used shadow blades or shadow dance. I looked at my macros and decided to do some testing and so i removed some lines to determine the problem and i found out it was virmen's bite. proof: http://imgur.com/a/JaNgv 3. If you're using the subterfuge talent, nothing should get you out of stealth instantly epecially a potion unless a hunter flares you. 4. 31-08-17 1:00am 5. So i was on my druid and i quit wow to fix it on the website and when i try to log in now it is stuck on "connecting". I have tried multiple times to log in but the same result occurs.

Do you need more proof to perma ban this guy. Get him out of here.

So about 3 days ago I posted a ban appeal and nothing has been decided on it yet. However someone posted a ban appeal today with the same reason as me, i.e why we got banned, it is the same reason and yet he got a response within the next hour of him posting the inital appeal. Im still waiting 3 days later. So im just curious why some bans are being delt with and other are left undecided and it seems the ban decisions are being done randomly because on pages people are getting declined or unbanned while others remain blank on the same page and if you go to the next page the same pattern is occuring. I know the GM's are busy with things and it takes time to make a decision and I'm not complaining about why my ban appeal hasn't been dealt with yet, I just want to know what the situation is, like jegermaister said he will look at my appeal as soon a possible which is understandable but 3 days later and no response, maybe if he is too busy someone else could take a look. I'm not just saying this about my appeal many others before me still have no answer. Are GM's assigned to certain appeals which they only can answer or look at i don't know. So i was on my druid looking for a new transmog and i was in flight form and went to the teleport guy to go to dalaran and when i got there i was still in flight form and i could fly in dalaran (if you think im hacking to fly in dalaran test it out yourself with a druid). I couldnt find the transmog i wanted so i qued for a bg and i went back to the teleport guy in dalaran to go back to orgrimmar and as i was in the loading screen the bg que popped, i tried clicking it to join but it did nothing so i clicked off it and when i was in orgimmar i was in human form walking a normal 100% speed but then the bg que pop re appreared so i treid to enter again and this time it worked and i was in. Now i was using Astral communion while moving and i noticed i was walking faster than usual so i kept on running and i was really fast so i checked my speed and it said 200% i was like wtf, how did this happen and i was running like a was mounted but i wasnt on a mount. Got banned for speed hacking forgot to mention. I have never used hacks in my whole wow lifetime, i moved from warmane to come here and i never hacked on warmane. Kind Regards, DJWrecker
