Cant log onto the website

It finally worked but the password was wrong so I hit the forgot password link. The "forget password" is in Russian. I hit the link. It sends me the confirmation e-mail in Russian. I hit the link in the e-mail. The new e-mail is in Russian again with the wrong account id. And I tried it on website and I get "Please fix the following input errors: Invalid username or password." -
It just gets stuck waiting for the next page to come up.
