No...? becuase then it deteriorates raids / raid loot. We have challenge modes which is similar to m+ you have to beat a timer. Go play legion if you want m+ ? xd
x5 is a more blizzlike feeling and progressive content not "custom content" :ClownGun: not to mention that there is quite some work to do on the current content instead of making "extensions" to an expansion.

There is something wrong with vengeance and has been for years. But what you are linking is a bug which allowed him to solo all this content (which pwow will not implement) idk if that link works for you but just type 5.4.8 vengeance bug (ownedcore) and you will find it with all sorts of information about vengeance.
