Let`s take it as it is. you have 2 targets both infected with bp and ff. you blood boil both of them; main target triggers pestilence, and secondary target triggers pestilence too (see rolling blood talent), it`s just like you would double pestilence the targets individually, since blood boil triggers pestilence on all the targets that are already affected by diseases

this bug report is thrash tho. gargoyle should just follow the pet(ghoul commands), right now it is not working, and it just switches targets as you switch, or just attacks the one which is available. Gargoyle should follow the target if commanded even if the target just loses the garg
