they are not giving enough strength as it is shown when downscaled.
let`s make a quick math exercise:
Tusks of Mannoroth : 1129 baseline strength + 160x3(gems) + 180(bonus) = 1789
Prideful Shoulders : 1423 baseline strength + 80 from gems + 60 from bonus = 1563
The difference between them is clearly 226 strength that tusks of mannoroth should provide while downscaled to 540 (pvp lvl), as you can see in the pictures below, my attack power is lower while wearing the tusks, and it should be higher since the tusks increses strength by 226

Invalid report. Let`s take it as it is. you have 2 targets both infected with bp and ff. you blood boil both of them; main target triggers pestilence, and secondary target triggers pestilence too (see rolling blood talent), it`s just like you would double pestilence the targets individually, since blood boil triggers pestilence on all the targets that are already affected by diseases

this bug report is thrash tho. gargoyle should just follow the pet(ghoul commands), right now it is not working, and it just switches targets as you switch, or just attacks the one which is available. Gargoyle should follow the target if commanded even if the target just loses the garg
