Hey, I just wanted to bring some notice to this bug, I apologize if it is already been mentioned but I don't see the topic anywhere in English ( might be in Russian) The passive is supposed to proc and stack, it goes up by 50% each time and it reduces cast times, but the speed of the cast is always the same no matter the stacks or the amount of procs you have, even the tooltip says it should be instant or much quicker cast-time + lower mana cost.. but in-game it is same cast time and same mana cost.

I can log into the normal x100 server but the fun server just gets stuck at "Logging in" and then just cancels out and never logs me into the fun server.
