When is the weekly reset of Conquest points?

Please tell me sir, what did i do wrong for getting banned like that. I was just PVP-ing then suddenly i got up in the air then when the BG is done, i got disconnected suddenly then i can't open my account. When i log in the Control panel to see if what happen to my account. it is said to be banned.
