I just repaired. The char name is Lollyy in xFun. - - - Updated - - - I still can't purchase the dual talent spec from the NPC.

The NPC offers it but when I click "purchase dual talent spec" the only button that appears is "goodbye" there is no purchase button. And no I haven't repaired my champ via web site. I got 60k gold. I can't even reset my talents from the same NPC.
