Hello, i purchased the magic broom mount, it was not useable and it disappeared from my bag after a day i think. Ingame name: Palahala fun server

Update: Used launcher, it kicks me from both Bgs and arenas, nothing have changed.

I will try using it and report back after a day of testing. It happens on all my characters, however it doesn't always happen.
