hi, admin. I was mistakenly banned for speed hacking. please unban my charater Bearbrandd a horde panda warrior. I was playing BG and the connection was quite bad, the damages and skills were so delayed so after few minutes all the skills the I did automatically casted like dashing and jumping around the BG when the internet connect back to normal and after that I was disconnected and I can't logged in anymore, I checked the dashboard and it says that I was banned for speed hacking. Consider my request admin, please unban me. Thank you.

So this is the problem, I was banned. what happened is I was playing random BG and It was lagging so damage ang skills that I was casting was very delayed so when the internet connection back to normal all the skills I've made were just constantly casting on its own. like heroic jump and dash in warrior so it looked like it was speed hacking but in reality it was just because of lag.
