Guys, need some help. I followed the steps to install the launcher, and I have all the programs needed and updated. But the Launcher never opens. Never opened at all. Windows says that it crashed (printscreen following). What can I do? I can't play without it.

Hello guys, i'm playing the game for a while and i'm really enjoying, but there is some trouble. I cannot get any item when i need to use the wheel tool from the game, like Swords from the DK starting area, for the rune weapon mission, or crates. I cant get any. The action bar completes, but the loot doesnt show. This is giving me a lot of problems for completing missions, and is probably some bug. Do you know how can i solve it?
