No I cant log into acc. I am sure its deleted and all my characters too. I couldnt find them anywhere.

Hello I have a problem.. I havent played for a while and when I got back I found out that my acc was deleted.. and I dont know why.. My friends havent played for more then 2 years and they still have acc and characters.. I am desperate.. TY for help
