Hello, the google drive link to download the game torrent says it doesnt exist anymore, can you fix this?

I received Prideful Combatant and Grievious Combatant achievements on 7/14/18 but i have not received the reward (Vicious Saddle) that your supposed to get in your mailbox. Realm : Fun Characters Name : Sankin Proof : http://prntscr.com/kazven I tried the NPC in Dalaran to recieve it but it did not work. I did not buy the character, i made it myself, i have not redeemed my reward earlier. I want my reward, everyone else that earned it got it but not me? Please help me.
