    About my topic for email change request, I am not sure if this is the correct account name, but I remember that I had a fire mage with the name of Magnuss. The IP address is written in the topic. It will be much appreciated if you could tell me the account name of Magnuss, since I looked for the character in site and it is not deleted. :)

Proof that you're the real owner of the account and email (If Microsoft have deleted your Hotmail/Outlook, you don't have to) I have everything needed. 6. Decribe your problem and why you want to change your email: I stopped playing for a few months and then I decided to come back. Having forgotten my password, i clicked on forgotten password, but I received no email back (I think it is due to inactivity of the email for more than 180 days (some new rule on abv.bg)). I have a full arena fire mage named Magnuss and I hope I can play with this character again.
